Everlast Worldwide has unveiled “Everlast EVOLVED”, a powerful campaign aimed to educate and challenge consumers to look beyond traditional fitness techniques and evolve their training with fight sport-related workouts. The EVOLVED message also speaks to Everlast’s transformation from its boxing roots in the Bronx to the worldwide leader in fight sports and fitness equipment it is today. “Athletes are naturally curious to explore new ways to train that can help give them an edge. Fight Sports in particular is experiencing increased growth as everyone from professional athletes to fitness enthusiasts catch on to the physical and mental benefits of training. Our goal as the leader in fight sports is to help educate consumers who are looking to try something new,” says Raquel Torres, Brand Marketing Director.
The campaign ads feature Everlast’s roster of elite athletes including MMA Champion, Jon Jones; boxing superstars Canelo Alvarez and Andre Ward, and pro football running back, Reggie Bush. “To be at the top of the MMA game, I have to challenge my body with an array of disciplines so I’m prepared to take on whatever comes at me in the cage. My training regimen has to evolve, and working with Everlast helps keep me ahead of the competition,” says Jones. Additional athletes and fitness professionals will represent the campaign internationally.
The EVOLVED campaign is currently running in both print and digital platforms including Men’s Health, Women’s Health, Men’s Fitness and other fitness and lifestyle media outlets. Everlast will introduce additional online and mobile components throughout the year in conjunction with the campaign for consumers to experience and learn more about ways to evolve their training routines.
