PRE-FULFILLMENT CANCELLATION

You can only cancel your order before our fulfillment process starts. As soon as you have decided that you want to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately by either sending a message from your store account, or by sending an email to service@everlastsg.com .

If the fulfillment process has already started (your order is already in Delivery), you can still Return the item after receiving it.

 

POST-FULFILLMENT RETURN

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item received (you will like to change the Size or Color, or have simply changed your mind), we will accept all Returns with following conditions:

  • Items are in their original selling condition with all tags attached. Packaging should be intact, and items have not been worn, washed, nor damaged;
  • Items to be returned are eligible for Product Return. For Hygiene considerations, all Mouthguards & Hand Wraps are not eligible for Product Return;
  • Return requested within 7 days from the delivery date; and
  • Items were purchased from EVERLASTSG.COM.

Please submit a Return request from Your Account, then we will email you a Return Slip and detail instructions. Please print the Return Slip out and pack it together with the item. Please ensure all product, package, box, tags, and Return Slip are inside.  

After we check the goods, we will refund you via PayPal, based on the original paid price less shipping charges. This may take a few weeks.

We do not provide item Exchanges. Please place a new order after we have completed your item return.

 

WRONG ITEM / DEFECTIVE ITEM DELIVERED

If you believe that you have received a wrong item (that is different from what you have ordered), or that the item you have received is defective, please submit a Return request from Your Store Account, and specify the reason for return. 

We will contact you thereafter, as we will need to verify the reason for return. You might be required to provide additional information, or send us digital photographs as part of this verification process. 

We will refund what you paid in full after we have confirmed that a wrong delivery has been made, or if the item has a manufacturing defect.
